Josh co-leads the Oceans Equity investment committee as well as all aspects of firm operations, investment activities, and portfolio management. With nearly 20 years of investing and M&A experience, he helps small businesses scale by optimizing capital allocation, recruiting leadership, and building infrastructure. Josh has led investments across various sectors, including business services, industrials, consumer, and healthcare. Previously, Josh held investment roles at Boyne Capital, Aterian Investment Partners, Tavistock Group, and Sun Capital Partners.
He is married with two sons and a daughter and lives in Coconut
Grove, Florida.

Scott co-leads the Oceans Equity investment committee as well as all aspects of firm operations, investment activities, and portfolio management. Across nearly 20 years of finance and investing experience, Scott has led investments across a range of sectors including business services, consumer, and healthcare, with a focus on founder-owned and operated companies. Scott previously served as a Managing Director at Boyne Capital Partners, and in investment / M&A roles with ClearSky and Pediatrix Medical Group.
He is married with three sons and lives in Coconut Grove, Florida.
